CPENAX FIT Community Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the CPENAX FIT Community. By accessing or participating in this community, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect our members, our culture, and the CPENAX FIT brand.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the CPENAX FIT Community.

1. Purpose of the Community

CPENAX FIT Community exists to support individuals in:

  • Fitness training and physical development

  • Mental strength, discipline, and accountability

  • Motivation, consistency, and personal growth

This is a supportive, educational, and accountability-based community, not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the CPENAX FIT Community unless otherwise stated.

By joining, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating in fitness-related discussions and activities at your own discretion and risk.

3. No Medical or Professional Advice

All content shared within CPENAX FIT Community—including messages, posts, group chats, coaching discussions, and resources—is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

CPENAX FIT does not provide:

  • Medical advice

  • Diagnosis or treatment

  • Mental health therapy

  • Emergency services

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness, nutrition, or wellness program.

4. Member Conduct & Community Standards

To maintain a safe and effective environment, all members agree to:

You agree to:

  • Treat others with respect and professionalism

  • Keep discussions aligned with fitness, accountability, and growth

  • Encourage and support fellow members

  • Follow all posted community guidelines

Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats

  • Bullying, shaming, or abusive language

  • Spam, solicitation, or unauthorized promotions

  • Sharing illegal, explicit, or harmful content

  • Impersonation or misrepresentation

CPENAX FIT reserves the right to remove content or members at its sole discretion if these standards are violated.

5. Member-Created Groups (“Circles”)

Members may create their own group chats or Circles within the CPENAX FIT Community.

By creating or joining a Group:

  • You agree that all CPENAX FIT Community rules still apply

  • Group creators are responsible for moderating their group

  • CPENAX FIT may intervene if a Group violates community standards

CPENAX FIT is not responsible for individual opinions or actions within member-led groups.

6. Coaching & Paid Services

Some community features, programs, or coaching services may require payment.

  • Fees are clearly disclosed at the time of purchase

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort, consistency, and adherence

Participation in coaching or paid services does not create a medical, legal, or therapeutic relationship.

7. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Fitness activities involve inherent risks, including injury or illness.

By participating in the CPENAX FIT Community, you:

  • Assume all risks associated with physical activity

  • Agree that CPENAX FIT, its owners, coaches, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation

  • Release CPENAX FIT from any claims related to your use of the community or its content

You are responsible for listening to your body and training within your limits.

8. Intellectual Property

All CPENAX FIT branding, logos, content, programs, and materials are the intellectual property of CPENAX FIT.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute CPENAX FIT materials without permission

  • Use CPENAX FIT branding for commercial purposes without authorization

Members retain ownership of their own content but grant CPENAX FIT a non-exclusive license to display it within the community.

9. Privacy

CPENAX FIT respects your privacy.

  • Do not share private or confidential information in public channels

  • Content shared within the community may be visible to other members

  • CPENAX FIT is not responsible for information voluntarily shared by members

10. Account Termination

CPENAX FIT reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms

  • Remove content without notice

  • Deny access to protect the integrity of the community

Termination does not entitle the user to refunds unless required by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

CPENAX FIT may update these Terms at any time.

Continued participation in the community after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
